Material,Color
Materials
Material defines jewelry, and sometimes jewelry brands. From Clingold you can find solid gold(9k, 14k, 18k), silver, lab diamond, and natural gemstones you can name, all traceable, ethical, and applied to the highest standards.
With these premium materials, we are one step closer to making your brand a household name for jewelry.
Stone Type & Color Confirm
As gemstones are naturally composed, their colors and patterns might differ from the initial design/sketch.
To avoid mismatching and time waste, we would invite you to confirm the gemstone type & color before mass production, making sure you get exactly the pieces you design.
Installing, Welding
Stone Setting / Gluing
How well the stone set onto a jewelry tells how well the craftsmenship behind. Falling and dispositioned stones are not acceptable here.
During Clingold production we make sure every prong secure the stone tightly and even more, our experts put 3M nano glue between the prongs and the stone, give it a double secure.
Metal Welding
The metal welding process aims to create a sturdy metal integrity.
One by one, our quality control experts check on each welding spot on the jewelry, making sure that every spot is 100% welded(all-round welded), not just a tiny spot. That’s an obvious secret to jewelry that does not misshape.
Polishing, Engraving
Surface Effect
Unique spirit and texture are brought onto your jewelry pieces by surface effect.
Whether it’s mirror polish, hammered, brushed, sandblasted or even more, we make sure that every facad & corner of the jewelry is processed, and the effect cover the product evenly, making a perfect jewelry in every way.
Precise Engraving
Be it a brand name or the words within the design, engraving means the jewelry are now finally your products.
During manufacturing we make sure the engravings are precise and well-positioned like you want. We have this step in our quality control process as to check if the engravings are right and not off-centered.
